The Parc Mosaic Apartment complex in Boulder, Colorado faced a critical issue: their composite siding needed replacement after showing extreme wear in less than 5 years. They sought help from Gen3 Construction, one of our trusted installers, which led to Parallel’s involvement. The original wood-look composite had both faded and warped due to exposure to high UV levels and moisture — problems that Parallel aluminum cladding effectively eliminates.
After careful consideration, Gen3 and the property manager selected Parallel’s 6″ aluminum cladding panels in Espresso Walnut finish. Their decision was based on several key advantages: resistance to warping and cracking, excellent performance in high-UV environments, a comprehensive warranty, and an innovative thermally-adaptive cladding clip system for installation. Parallel offers robust warranties for our aluminum architectural products: 15 years on woodgrain finishes and 20 years on solid colors. We also provide a lifetime warranty on the aluminum material itself. With minimal maintenance, Parc Mosaic can rely on their aluminum cladding to far outlast their previous material.
Efficient Installation
Our aluminum profiles come in 20′ lengths, reducing the number of panels needed for installation. Additionally, the Parallel cladding clip system enhances thermal expansion and contraction management while accelerating the installation process and assuring long-term performance.
